Can I book online?

​Yes, SHEA Gas and National Water Hygiene courses can be booked directly through our website. Visit the relevant booking pages to secure your place.

Bookings can also be made over the phone or via email. For all other courses, please contact us to arrange a suitable date.

What is your cancellation policy?

​If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:

• 0–3 working days before the course date: 100% cancellation charge

• 4–7 working days before the course date: 50% cancellation charge

• 8+ working days before the course date: No cancellation charge

Am I guaranteed to pass my course?

No, we cannot guarantee a pass for anyone taking a course.

The construction and utilities sectors involve inherently high-risk environments, making it essential that all assessments are conducted fairly and without direct assistance. This ensures that participants demonstrate a genuine understanding of the subject matter.

Be cautious of providers offering a 'guaranteed pass,' as qualifications obtained under such promises may lack credibility and value.

Can I change the date of my course?

Yes, you can amend your course date for a fee of £25 (+VAT) per amendment.
